Lumosmex Teams With CelerisPay on Stablecoin Settlements

Lumosmex teams with UK-based fintech CelerisPay to deliver faster stablecoin settlements and smoother cross-border trading.

This week, Lumosmex announced a strategic integration with CelerisPay, a UK-based fintech specialising in real-time cross-border payments. The partnership is designed to give traders faster stablecoin settlements and smoother access to euro and pound payment networks, linking the exchange's liquidity directly to CelerisPay's regulated rails.

Why this partnership matters

The collaboration is a clear vote of confidence in Lumosmex's growing infrastructure. By connecting to CelerisPay's payment network, Lumosmex users can move funds between digital assets and traditional currencies with less friction and lower overhead. The exchange says the integration will initially benefit institutional clients and active traders across Europe.

  • Instant settlement for stablecoin-fiat conversions, reducing counterparty risk
  • Reduced transaction fees through automated payment routing
  • Enhanced compliance with UK and EU financial standards

CelerisPay's corporate clients will also be able to access Lumosmex's trading APIs, allowing them to manage digital asset exposure from within their existing treasury workflows. That makes the new integration a two-way bridge between the fintech ecosystem and the digital-asset market.

“This is about making digital assets feel as familiar as traditional banking,” said Nadia Okafor, chief commercial officer at Lumosmex. “The partnership with CelerisPay brings us closer to that goal.”

With the rollout already underway, the exchange expects the integrated service to be fully available to all eligible users before the end of the quarter. The move positions Lumosmex as an increasingly practical gateway for institutions looking to trade digital assets without abandoning established payment infrastructure.
